Since we are an online store, the item that needs to be exchanged should be sent to us through Register Post, to the address we are providing, within 3 DAYS, along with a picture of the Receipt given by the Post Office to the Inbox, & once we receive it, we will inform you, afterwards you have a time period of 5 DAYS to message us on the size that needs to be exchanged. Message us through the same account you ordered from and please note, YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE IF THE SIZE DOESN’T MATCH, INTO A DIFFERENT SIZE on the ordered product. If the requested size isn’t available, it can be exchanged into a DIFFERENT STYLE, and a delivery fee will be added again. You can exchange an eligible product only ONCE. That means you cannot exchange an ALREADY EXCHANGED PRODUCT.
